Yes! USPS Ground Advantage shipping is free on every domestic order — no minimum required. Faster shipping upgrades are available at checkout at a calculated rate.

Yes! We ship internationally via USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after production. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package on the USPS website or through the link in your email.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Personalized or engraved items are final sale unless there is a defect.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they move into production and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need a change.

When placing your order, enter the text or initials you’d like engraved and choose your preferred font style. Your band is made to order and ready in 3–5 business days.
