Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and ship from Katy, TX. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage as our standard carrier — free on every order, no minimum required.

Need it sooner? Shipping upgrade options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected at the time of purchase:

• USPS Priority Mail — typically 2–3 business days after production
• USPS Priority Mail Express — typically 1–2 business days after production

Upgrade rates are calculated in real time at checkout so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and package weight. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after production.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. Week Twenty Four is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package on the USPS website or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
